Biography

Emerging out of Los Angeles, CA, alternative/indie-pop duo Eleven Point Two hit the ground running in 2016 after moving across the country from Grand Haven, Michigan. What began as personal songwriting in their garage has evolved into fully self-produced tracks of melancholic lyrics over synth-driven melodies. Comprised of musical brothers, Taylor and Jon Siegel, the dynamic duo took on songwriting as a form of therapy and expression; developing their own take on an alt-rock sound that’s very eclectic.

High energy shows along with their initial “Unidentified” EP, which was released in September of 2017, led them to win “Best Alternative” at 2018’s Ventura County Music Awards. Soon to follow, singles such as “Take Me,” “Monster,” and “Don’t Wanna Spend the Night Alone” landed Eleven Point Two on Buzz Bands LA’s Independent FM, Voyage LA Magazine, and WYCE Radio’s Local Spins. These songs all became part of the duo’s first full length album “Painting in the Dark” which was released in November of 2019. Following that was the creation of “Painting in the Dark (Alternate Universe)” which took a spin on the most popular songs from the album. Now, with “Blurry” and “Lost!” the duo has amassed over 1 million streams; proving that Eleven Point Two is an artist on the rise who continues to break new ground.
