"A local LA band that is on the verge of something huge in the alt-rock community" - LA Music Critic/Indie Voice Blog
Emerging out of Los Angeles, alternative/indie-pop duo Eleven Point Two hit the ground running in 2016 after moving across the country from Grand Haven, Michigan. What began as personal songwriting in their garage has evolved into fully self-produced tracks of melancholic lyrics over synth-driven melodies. Comprised of musical brothers, Taylor and Jon Siegel, the dynamic duo took on songwriting as a form of therapy and expression; developing their own take on an alt-rock sound that’s very eclectic.
Since forming, the duo has successfully put out a catalogue of music. Their initial Unidentified EP, which was released in September of 2017, garnered an impressive amount of positive reception. This led them to win “Best Alternative” at 2018’s Ventura County Music Awards. Soon to follow, single releases such as “Take Me,” “Monster,” and “Don’t Wanna Spend the Night Alone” landed Eleven Point Two on Buzz Bands LA’s Independent FM, Voyage LA Magazine, and WYCE Radio’s Local Spins. Now, with their debut album Painting in the Dark, they’ve shown that their sound is evolving into a style that is next-level and innovative.
